Otryt

Otryt is a mountain range in the Western Bieszczady located north of the San valley. Otryt is a long, straight back with a length of approx. 18 km, is a protected area by the San Valley Landscape Park, also on the southern slopes are nature reserves Hulskie and Krywe. At the top of Otryt stands Cottages Sociologist - student hostel, which was built in 1973. In 2003 it burned, but was rebuilt effort of many individuals, businesses and institutions organized around the Association of Otryt Club. This club was appointed to take care of Cottage Sociologist by fans and regulars Cottage. Today, after many preparations and projects commence the construction of the Astronomical Observatory. Otryt ridge runs the blue tourist trail, and the trail to the shelter reaches the green.
